Update: Microsoft has officially revealed the Avowed Premium SteelBook Edition, priced at $94.99. You can upgrade from the standard digital edition of the game, or the Xbox Game Pass version, to the Premium Edition for $24.99. The Digital Premium Edition costs $89.99.
