Here are some voices and images from a bright, yet chilly neighborhood stroll through snow-covered Panama City on Wednesday.

While the sunny weather on Wednesday gave many an opportunity to play in the snow, it may have caused a new problem. Beach Fire officials say the melted snow will freeze by Wednesday night making roads even more hazardous.

Panama City now transformed into a winter wonderland, parts of the city saw upwards of five inches of snow, which is a new record. Crews working late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, even turning bulldozers into makeshift snow plows to help clear roads.

NEXT Weather meteorologist Shane Hinton says the roads are dangerous and drivers are being urged to stay off them until the ice and snow melt.
