Seven suspected members of a South American theft group were arrested in Scottsdale after multiple burglaries in the Valley.

Scottsdale Police say they have numerous officers on scene near Main Street and Scottsdale Road for reports of a shooting. When police arrived in the area around 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, they found someone who had been shot.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Seven members of an alleged "South American Theft Group" (SATG) were arrested on May 23 for two burglaries. The group is accused of committing both burglaries on May 23 in Tempe and Mesa. They are also accused of burglaries in California, Oregon and Washington.
