Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz will return to their beloved animated characters of Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona in the film, while Zendaya joins the cast as Shrek's teenage daughter.

The upcoming movie, Shrek 5, is a sequel to Shrek Forever After (2010) and the fifth main installment in the Shrek series. Based on the 1990 book Shrek! by William Steig, its production is managed by DreamWorks Animation and Universal Pictures.
