Federal authorities have filed a civil forfeiture action to recover more than $6.7 million linked to a financial fraud scheme that targeted the City of Portland earlier this year.

City of Portland employees represented by the City of Portland Professional Workers Union (CPPW) have voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike, union officials announced on Thursday.
