President Donald Trump is planning to travel to California to survey the wildfire damage in his first presidential visit since his inauguration.

The Trump administration said on Friday that it had followed through on the president’s promises to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America” and return Denali, the Alaska Native name for North America’s tallest peak, to its earlier name, Mount McKinley.

In a pre-recorded video played at the annual March for Life in Washington on Friday, Trump pledged to support the anti-abortion cause, rolling through a list of priorities for Christian activists. He promised to stop what he called “abortion on demand” and investigate “radical left attacks” on churches.
