Aug 23, 2013 · If I stick a bunch of these cards to a sheet of paper and run it through the printer, that can work, but I'd rather avoid the extra effort of mounting and un-mounting the cards on the paper. The problem is simply that the printer refuses to accept a paper size as small as 3.5" by 2.5". The smallest it will go is 3.5" by 5" (two cards side by side).

Nov 18, 2020 · I ended up doing this which was spot on. I created a A4 Word template that had a 3x3 grid which were the exact sizes of playing cards. That way I could add text/images into each cell as needed and print on normal A4 paper. Cut along the lines and put them into card sleeves along with a normal playing card for rigidity.

Mar 16, 2018 · If you want your cards to look virtually indistinguishable from "real" cards, use glossy spray acrylic varnish then (after printing, before cutting of course). It deepens the contrast and blacks and makes the card more "springy". And if you want to go REALLY far, use corner roundner punch then (it costs like 5$ or something).
