Nov 5, 2019 · Shop icon image not showing. 11-05-2019 05:11 PM. Just curious is anyone else haveing this issue? My shop icon isnt showing on the etsy app but it does when going to the online web browser. I tried changing the image but nothing. Hopefully it gets fixed soon. 11-05-2019 07:16 PM. 04-06-2016 11:33 PM. When using Microsoft Edge, my shop icon photo is not present in my new shop layout. When I look at my shop using Chrome, it is there. Any thoughts? 08-15-2019 03:14 PM. @DixonPaverDolls Well - maybe it's a glitch, if you change it often. Strange. I don't see the camera icon either in edit shop mode. You can try the old way - Shop Manager - Settings - Info & Appearance. Remember to SAVE at the bottom of the age after you change the icon pic. Translate to English.

Can't Edit Shop Policies - Welcome to the Etsy Community
@LaithaiLighting Your Shop opened in 2019, so you have Etsy "canned" Shop Policies. You can select from what they offer, but you cannot add anything. @LooshkaStudio Again, your Shop has the "new" preset "canned Shop Policies. These are edited from the Public Page. Select "Edit Shop" pencil icon.

01-03-2022 11:58 PM. I just checked mine after seeing both of your posts. Prior to coming back into Etsy, I cleared cache/cookies. (Same desktop computer, Chrome, Windows 10). I could see my Account Icon earlier (top Right of Page while on Etsy). When I checked just now, I still can. I wonder if as you said, there may be some glitches going on.
