Jun 29, 2015 · SCE's Online Payment service ("Online Payment") allows you to pay your SCE bill via the Internet. SCE's Direct Payment service ("Direct Payment") allows you to pay your SCE bill via automatic debit from your bank account each month, ten (10) days after your bill is generated.
