Not only is Dominican cake sold too cheaply by the pound, but there's none of that pricing flowers separately- you basically price it for $40/lb. including all of the decorations including the topper.

If this is a bundt shape, in dallas area $30-$45 is acceptable. Sounds about what I had in mind!

Many bakers who do sell the extra sheet cake insist on it being built the same as the regular cake...same number of cake layers, same fillings, etc., that the main wedding cake is made up from.

Included in the $1.25 might be white or chocolate coating with an alternate drizzle. I would add on for "designer" colors or for any themed pops ala Bakerella. Maybe topping out at$3.50 or $4.00.
