    All HoloLens 2 devices can use Windows Holographic for Business. Make sure that they use Windows Holographic for Business build 10.0.18362.1042 or a later build. If you have HoloLens (1st gen) devices, you have to upgrade them to Windows Holographic for Business in order to manage their updates.

    Why can't I pause a scan on a Hololens device?
    Your device has received a pause policy which will prevent scans from occurring while the policy is in effect. If your device at Intune uses Feature Updates for Windows 10 or Quality Updates for Windows 10, remove devices from being opted in these rings. These aren't supported for HoloLens devices.
