Check out my post from July 20th (TV issue- Red light blinking 6 times) After performing the reboot (holding power and volume down on the tv while it’s unplugged, then plugging back in while still holding the buttons for 60 seconds.

beachgal. 6 years ago. Our XBR65X900C also has the infamous 4 red blinking lights. For several months up to this the TV would turn on in the morning with no picture. A hard reset would solve it, or you could wait 3-5 minutes for the picture to appear. You think I would have learned my lesson not to buy Sony!

I have a new SONY XBR-75X950G TV, which is attached to my Yamaha AVR. A TiVo Bolt DVR is the source, which is also attached to the AVR (via HDMI). Every time I turn on my SONY, the so-called "TV Menu" pops up at the bottom of my screen. This is the overlay that depicts all of the buttons on my Sony Remote.

I will notice that after the television has been turned off for a significant amount of time (overnight, a couple of days, etc); the LED on the bottom of the television will be solid red. The remote power button does not work at this point. Hitting the power button on the television twice gets the TV to reboot.

Under info on the tv is says. The link did not help. I have 24 digital channels listed in the Guide. The Guide shows the channel numbers and the station Id like KREM-HD. When I hit the display button it shows what the program is and a brief description of what the show is about but none of this shows up in the guide.

XBR 55X810C Stuck in constant reboot loop. I've tried to do the force reset by pressing the power button and (Vol -) button and plugging in the power cord. I have done this at least 5 times, and it still is in the reboot loop. The green light comes up, then the TV just goes back to the reboot loop.
