Dec 25, 2024 · The Steelers are blowing way too many opportunities. They are down six and the Chiefs get the ball first in the third quarter. Once again, the Steelers are down after a big turnover by Wilson. I do think the announcers are right. Pickens screwed up his route, which made it too easy for the safety to cheat over and intercept the pass.

Dec 15, 2024 · Steelers suck. No drive. No purpose. No heart. Heard the talking heads say this game doesn't really matter for the Steelers. Well, the Steelers played like it didn't really matter for them. Bonus points for the talking heads. Those same heads say the Steelers can clinch the AFC Central with a win against Baltimore next week.

Dec 15, 2024 · It doesn't help that they lost two key players going into the game. With the rest of the receiving corps being so weak, losing Pickens is crippling for the offense. Elliott has been one of their best defenders all season. Even with all that and the crappy start, they were in the game until an uncharacteristic mistake by Harris.

Dec 25, 2024 · The Steelers are only as good as their offensive line plays. Right now, that offensive line isn't there yet. Maybe next year, but not yet. What also worries me is that I think other teams have figured out the Steelers pass rush, which isn't working any more. The team now has what amounts to a mini bye week.

Dec 29, 2024 · I agree that Tomlin won't coach the Steelers to another Super Bowl win, but I will root for the Steelers even if they were 3-13. Cowher coached 15 seasons... Noll coached 23. Tomlin has coached 18... and will likely keep on coaching as Steelers HC until he retires. He's not going to be fired... not gonna happen. Tomlin will leave on his terms.

Nov 12, 2024 · The Ravens are now 2 games back in the loss column and the Steelers have a game in hand on them. They are 2-2 in the division and 4-4 in the AFC while the Steelers are 1-0 in the division and 5-1 in the AFC. So the Ravens at this point aren’t winning any tiebreakers over the Steelers if they happen to finish with the same record.
