Since I’ve been in my new role, I’ve been looking at metrics for my departments and service deli is drastically low. Bakery numbers are about average, but could be better.

Walmart could straight kill it with that. Two people working hot side doing chicken, taking orders from customers and filling the food isn't easy. Especially now that they want double of everything in the hot foods. Make orders online only and make them pay for it before they pick up and get rid of ordering it over the phone.
