Nov 9, 2011 · Guys, I'm making some final tweaks to my 2008 Honda CRF450R project bike and would like to hear your experiences with different triple clamp offsets. Note that the stock offset = 22 mm. For the 2002-2007 CRF450R models it was 24 mm.

Nov 1, 2021 · I had a 2007 CRF450R that had all Ti hardware and PC A-Kit suspension. I found a 2008 frame, cleaned it up and started swapping everything over. As you mentioned, the CDI is much smaller on the 08 to mount above the HPSD and the relays mount on the other side of the frame behind the right radiator on the 08 as opposed to the left side on the 07.
