Jul 8, 2017 · Website indicates otherwise for the chargers. Taylor Hero model seems to be most comparable to Parmak 12. Think I'll stick with the Parmak on that comparison. However, I might try one on their boxes with my large solar panels. I like Taylor's comparison chart on website, but it doesn't compare any Parmaks.

Don't pay attention to the "miles", that is all marketing and is normally tested under perfect labarotory condtions, not real world with weeds, ect.

Aug 2, 2011 · the parmak mag-12-sp is still in my opinion the best ( i have sold 1000's over the years) the solar panel charges a battery that powers the fence and parmak claims it will hold a charge for 21 days in total darkness. (i don't know as i have never seen it when the sun didn't rise) so the cloudy days low/no power is BS.
