DLCs (before or after the final boss?) - Steam Community
Jan 22, 2018 · So, I've basically done almost everything (as far as I know) in the base game. I haven't beat Nameless King the first couple of tries but I'll get him eventually. I have the 4th Cinder to place, I'm assuming this will trigger the final boss fight. My question is: can I fight the final boss and then do the DLCs? Or should I do the DLCs first? First, your weapons. Make sure you're upgraded to +10/+5 for this. Depending on your build, make sure to infuse for scaling too. Armor doesn't really matter in DS3, but for a little protection pick something with fire/lightning RES.

Jul 11, 2024 · Let's take Slave Knight Gael, a true last boss that tests all you have learned through DS3, however, he couldn't be more different from ER bosses. His combos are relatively short (between 3 and 6 attacks), with only one important delayed attack and very little AoE, as well as very telegraphed finishers with big gaps to hit back.

Which I get why but isn't all that great with how some bosses either have long combos or aoe that can easily take a chunk of health. I liked some fights but the second phase of the final boss, captain G, and the knight in the coffin fissure are just unfun to fight.

update your weapon at the Kindom of Sahali where you will find the necessary material before going to the final boss. Then it will be easy. He already did. He has wind tamer. He probably used bleed, blasphemous blade, summons, or shield and spear for elden ring. Some of those builds are literally press L2 till the enemy dies.

Probably nothing. Apparently if you watch him continue crawling he eventually reaches Filianore before dying on his own.

But if you didn't discover this knight I totally recommend going back. He's locate behind Filianore.
