If DELL says there is no drivers for Windows 10 then I would suggest you to install the drivers for Windows 8/8.1 from the manufacturer's website (DELL) in compatibility mode and check if that works. Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows.

Recently, I did fresh installs of Windows 7 64-bit OS to upgrade from Vista. I am glad i did, but since installing Windows 7, i am unable to disable the touchpad when an external mouse is connected to the PCs.
