Dec 4, 2024 · They have a NEW Ruger .41 magnum,, Flat top,, ON THE MID FRAME,, as a distributor special! Both in 5-1/2" barrels,, blue & stainless. But one feature I see is the fact that the blued version, (as well as the stainless version as always,) NOW has the easily replaced FRONT SIGHT blade! This gun should sell quickly & quite well!

Nov 23, 2024 · The 327 FedMag is still an option from Ruger in an LCR, but in a revolver that small, I don’t think it’d be fun to shoot at all. I have two revolvers in 327 FedMag, and even bigger, heavier, steel guns don’t absorb much of the recoil, let alone help with the splatter or blast.

Jan 1, 2025 · Yup, Bill Ruger made them to compete with S&W for LE contracts but was late to the party since LE soon shifted to semi autos. He offered the Six Series at a lower cost than S&W in an attempt to break into the LE market. Personally, I think the Six Series may be the finest double action revolvers Ruger ever made.
