I checked Verizon's coverage map and its strictly 4g out here. Still good enough to watch netflix and for online gaming. If I was traveling in an RV this would be my pick as well. I will report back with any issues... the address I used is in 5g territory and is about an hour and a half away. I was surprised this actually worked.

We had our local internet company for a few years and I was sick of paying over a $120 bucks a month for phone/cable/Wi-Fi packaged when we only used Wi-Fi to watch tv anyway. We also had Verizon’s version of the router box but we switched phone companies so there went that. I’m a big fan!

Jun 23, 2023 · The 5G UW is C-band 5G aka NR band n77 and mmWave 5G aka NR band n260 and n261. I do not know how they show on some people with Straight Talk, but I have not seen people get mmWave 5G. I have seen select people get C-band 5G. mmWave 5G is in select cities in select locations, and the range is very limited. This is heavy line of site coverage.

Dec 26, 2023 · O, I thought you was using Verizon/Straight Talk 5G already. You just need to find a supported address. I have seen people use supported addressed and get Straight Talk's 5G Home Internet to activate. There is no easy way to find an address, but for look at the map and find a C-band 5G area, and try a few addresses from that area.

Jan 24, 2022 · I think the first iPhone with 5G is iPhone 12. Plus 4G is staying around for some time. it is 2G and 3G that is going away. Your phone need to support 5G and 5G UW if you want 5G. The XR is NOT capable of 5g. iPhone 12 (Mini, Reg, Pro, Pro Max) and iPhone 13 (Mini, Reg, Pro, Pro Max) ONLY.
