Jul 10, 2007 · 6'2" on a 61cm Roubaix (600mm top tube I think) with a 130mm stem. I'm almost 6'1" and a 60 cm fits me great and I have fairly long legs. I'm glad I went to the LBS and tried a few out before I purchased my Trek. I almost bought a 58 cm off Ebay because thats what size I thought I would have needed.

This is the reason the more expensive $300+ bikes at Target caught my attention Because in my mind I am thinking, well if that bummy $150 bike could do that then surely these more expensive $300+ bikes should be a bit better and I should not expect lower results? Feb 4, 2008 · Basically, an average cyclist could produce about 150 Watts in a steady state for about an hour maybe two....at 14V, this would be about 10.5 amps of electricity.....check the current requirements on the electrics and match everything up, and it should work fine. I am not sure of using a car alternator.

Sep 14, 2024 · Think out of the box time: Has the o.p. thought about getting close to the target with a production Surly, or Salsa 'adventure bike', with an X-tracycle extension for the chainstay? Probably not going to accommodate tires much over 2.1" cross section, maaaybe 2.4" but, really, no one needs a super extended wheelbase AND over large tire diameter.
