Simple but effective dynamic stretch. Here’s a little dynamic move I do all the time! I swear I used to always do this as a kid when I was bored waiting around in the store as my mom shopped. Or maybe I got it from Little League baseball? Either way, I did it my whole life and it’s my favorite way to loosen up tightness from head to toe.
