It's fawn season for white-tail deer, and every year, kind people find fawns curled up alone in the woods or in the grass. They worry that these babies are abandoned and take them. They don't know that these fawns are ok, that mom isn't far off, and that they are in essence "kidnapping" them. If you find a fawn quietly curled up by itself, don't worry.
