Homemade Blueberry Jam! Recipe: 2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries (or any berries or peaches) 1 tbs lemon zest, 1 tbs fresh lemon juice, 3/4 cup sugar or sweetener, 1 tbs corn starch, 1 tbs water.
