A lawsuit is pending following an aggressive arrest in Mobile and the entire encounter was captured on camera. The video shows a Mobile police officer putting a man in a chokehold. The man's wife says she was in the car with him at the time of the arrest. The car was searched - with nothing illegal found. She said chaos unfolded as her husband was trying to get his wallet with his driver's license out of the car door pocket. | Fred Davenport
