Mysore Class is the first Sunday of every month, 9:30am - 11am. Mysore style yoga is from the Ashtanga yoga tradition and is supported & assisted self-practice. Each students practices at their own pace and in their own way (usually following the Ashtanga sequences, but I am not strict on this in my classes) and the teacher is there to give individual support, suggestions and hands-on assists (if the student would like these).
