INTERNATIONAL WINNER … Namibian singer and songwriter Harry Mutambo Junior Tjipueja, known as Waters, scooped the Pan African artist of the year award at the 2023 Metro FM Awards. The awards ceremony was held at South Africa’s Mbombela Stadium at Mbombela, Mpumalanga province, on Saturday.
