Can you do sit up get ups? Have you tried any of these variations?! First clip is a sit up get up. The second clip I am crossing my ankles to stand. Crossing you ankles gives you an anchor to pull yourself up. Make sure you uncross this to return to the ground. The third clip is a mobility sit up get up and honestly one of my faves!
