Though I’ve heard of people preparing Bradford pear fruits in various ways before, I’ve never been able to make anything with it that wasn’t just an astringent mess. Even if they were kind of okay, they certainly aren’t worth the massive amounts of ecological damage that they cause! Bradford pears should be removed wherever found.
