Here’s a simple 5 ingredient comfort meal ready in less than 15 min. Start by toasting vermicelli in a little oil or butter. Add 1 can of tomato sauce and mix, pour 6 -8 cups of boiling water, season with chicken bouillon and simmer. Next add oil to a pan and heat, while that oil heats roll a slice of cheese in corn tortilla and fry seam side down until golden brown on all sides Add this cheesy goodness to your soup, top with more cheese, cilantro, onion, sour cream or anything your hear desires
