The Eritrean struggle for independence lasted thirty (30) years, and remains a testament to the spirit, sacrifice, and ingenuity of the Eritrean people. As one might expect, the success of the Eritrean struggle depended on many factors, with multiple turning points, detours and triumphs. After 30 years of struggle, today, we celebrate 30 years of independence. This past year has been difficult for many diaspora communities. Our hope On Eritrea’s 30th birthday is honor our martyrs, those that fou
