When pressing weight overhead, like with the one-arm military press with a kettlebell, or overhead press with two dumbbells, think about keeping your shoulders "packed." Many people make the mistake of rounding their shoulders forward, or hiking their shoulders when pressing weight overhead. When doing this, you put your upper back and neck in a vulnerable position. TENSION = protection. So, think about packing those shoulders, and creating tension in your lats as you press the weight overhead.
