We have our annual organic inspection tomorrow, from @soilassociation . Most of it is paperwork for traceability, so looking at where all our inputs come from, any bought in produce and also our sales. But also, our packaging, labelling, farm practices…it’s a lot of work, and financial cost maintaining organic standards, but I think I accountability is important, and a source of pride achieving Organic status. So, we had our usual annual organic farm inspection again this year, and our produce was once again spot-checked.
