Here’s my plyo cardio circuit: 1. Pogo jumps – 20 sec 2. Box step-ups – 10 each 3. Drop jumps – 10 reps 4. Box jumps – 10 reps 5. Step-up jumps – 10 each 6. Side step-ups – 10 each 7. Switch step jumps – 10 reps Rest 10-20s between exercises and 2–3 minutes between rounds. Do 2–3 rounds. Please note that this is high impact cardio.
