Working on some ice machines is straight up tricky. Especially when you have to do it during business hours and *coffees need to be made*!!!!! . We had to pull this Scotsman apart to change the condenser fan motor and tried to get a much dirty fluff out at the same time. After cleaning the inside of it too (ice machines never cease to gross me out 🤮) we had a beautiful harvest right on schedule . That ice dropping is music to our ears 🎶 . I'm glad there were 2 of us for this job . . . . . . .
