Sliders are such an amazing tool. They can be used to both progress but also REGRESS movements. One of my favorite ways to use them recently is actually with ACTIVATION based movements. They can help add variety to those basic movements so you can even target muscles you may not be able to otherwise. Like the bird dog. You can add in the slider to not only help you avoid arching your lower back to better activate your glutes but also add in the abduction to better target that glute medius. You c
