I wanted to make a graphic interpretation of the beautiful multi color falling leaves on a turquoise lake, and this cookie stencil was perfect for it. I’m sure it would’ve been easier to use a cake stencil but this one spoke to me. This cake is completely covered using ganache only, I love coloring it and using it like buttercream.
